Warning Management Services Inc. Launches New York Office

Warning Management Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WNMI) today announced that it has opened its New York office. After successful test-market results, the office will head the launch of Warning Magazine's new nationwide college issue, and soon launch Warning Models New York. Dean Wiltshire has been appointed COO of the New York operation, and Norma Quinto has been appointed Creative Director of WNMI.

"Dean and Norma bring the experience and creative edge we need to enable the New York office, and future business plans of WNMI, to work," said John Capezzuto, Warning's CEO. "Dean and Norma, from the New York office, and Catherine Tran and Omar Albertto, from our Beverly Hills office, will represent WNMI at Fashion week in New York beginning September 5, 2007 and ending September 12, 2007."

Capezzuto continued, "Mr. Wiltshire, retired from the Detective Bureau of the N.Y.P.D., was last assigned to the elite Dignitary Protection Program as a decorated Detective from the N.Y.P.D. where he has been trained in offering personal assistance and security to high-ranking politicians and celebrities in the entertainment industry. He formed successful corporations, as a licensed Private Investigator, that provided security, event planning and artist management to clientele that included professional athletes such a Stephan Marbury of the New York Knicks, Queen Latifah, Don King, and Muhammad Ali. He has also provided security and consultation for Sports Illustrated(TM) swimwear events and jewelry exhibits at the Jacob Javits Center in New York."

Capezzuto added, "Norma Quinto, widely known for her skills associated with the high demands of the fashion world, became one of the most sought-after producers in the industry. Her entree into fashion was with Dolce and Gabbana as U.S. director of marketing and public relations, working with celebrities including Prince, Daryl Hannah, Bruce Springsteen and Madonna. Additionally, she formed Quinto + Company, a marketing, PR and creative agency that supported the fashion and entertainment industry, working with brands including, Cynthia Rowley, HBO, Marc Jacobs, Marithe Francois Girbaud, Nautica and Zang Toi. Her extensive knowledge and ability for creating unique events has earned recognition and respect among her peers".

WNMI New York's objective is to re-launch a Warning Magazine as the guide to all college students across the U.S. as a fashion and lifestyle magazine that will cater to the future leaders of our nation with cutting-edge articles, sexy fashion spreads and editorial content that will inform and inspire. Distribution forecast for 2008-2009 school calendar is at 250,000 reaching 150-college markets.
