Zeta Interactive Opens Corporate Headquarters in New York City and Marketing Division in Tampa

Zeta Interactive, a full-service, interactive marketing agency combining industry-leading talents and best-of- breed proprietary technologies, today announced it has opened new offices in New York City and Tampa, Florida. The offices were opened in response to the company's growing client base, which has now increased to more than 200 customers throughout the world. Zeta's most recently signed clients include: Allergan/Botox and The Weather Channel, among others.

The 13,000 square-foot Manhattan office, located on Park Avenue, will now be the company's headquarters and house a large portion of Zeta Interactive's sales and operations staff, including CEO, Al DiGuido, CFO, Bob Napor, and Senior Vice President, New Business Development, Scott Delea. This state-of- the-art facility will serve as the epicenter of Zeta Interactive, directing the company's full range of digital marketing services worldwide, including email, search and social media marketing as well as creative services, Web development and analytics.

The agency's new Florida office will focus primarily on Zeta Interactive's marketing services, and will work closely with the New York office in implementing company initiatives. The Tampa operations will be led by Carla McLeod, Zeta Interactive's recently named Chief Marketing Officer.

"We've spent the past four months growing our client roster and building out our management team, all in an effort to achieve the vision of establishing Zeta Interactive as the leading full-service interactive marketing agency," said DiGuido. Formed in November of 2007 after the acquisition of five leading marketing companies, Zeta Interactive now has offices in seven locations across the U.S., as well as an office in India. Since its launch, the company has grown to more than 300 employees worldwide, and has named 11 industry leaders to its senior management team.
